Why I Became a Content Creator for Women in Business (Spoiler: It Wasn’t Part of the Plan)

I didn’t wake up one morning and decide, “You know what? I’m going to be a content creator.”

In fact, if you’d asked me a year ago, I probably would’ve laughed.

I was a coach. A corporate professional. A woman who had spent years building a business rooted in deep transformation, clarity, and confidence.

But there came a moment—after coaching hundreds of women, when I realised the transformation wasn’t enough if no one could see it.

And that’s where this story begins.

The Breaking Point:

Earlier this year, I hit a wall.

I felt flat, drained, and honestly? Lost.

I loved my clients. But I didn’t love what I was building anymore.

And when I finally paused long enough to listen, I realised something massive:

I wasn’t burned out from doing the work.
I was burned out from performing it.

The Realisation:

A few good friends said to me, “Frances… you’ve always been a content creator.”

And they were right.

I’d been creating content in the gym, during my bodybuilding prep, in corporate training rooms, in stories, captions, conversations...long before I ever called it “content.”

It wasn’t about trends or algorithms. It was about connection.

So I made a decision:
Instead of helping women talk through their ideas behind the scenes…
I’d help them share those ideas boldly, clearly, and publicly.

Why Women in Business Need a Content Partner (Not Another Template):

The women I work with aren’t clueless.
They’re experienced, powerful, and full of wisdom.

But when it comes to showing up online? They freeze.

Not because they have nothing to say, but because they’ve got too much in their head and zero idea how to get it out without sounding fake, cringe, or like every other Reel on the explore page.

That’s where I come in.

I help you:

  • Uncover what’s already in you

  • Shape it into clear, trust-building stories

  • Show up on camera without performing

  • Finally get seen for what you’re actually good at

The Pivot, in Plain English:

I didn’t walk away from coaching because I couldn’t do it.
I walked away because the women I coached needed more than a mindset shift.

They needed someone to co-create with them.
To bring their brilliance to life in a way that felt aligned—not forced.

Now I help women:
→ Get the ideas out of their heads
→ Create scroll-stopping video content
→ Get seen, trusted, and hired—without changing who they are

The Big Picture:

You don’t need to perform to grow your brand.
You need content that’s real, resonant, and rooted in you.

Because when you stop hiding and start showing up as yourself?

Your business stops feeling hard, and starts feeling honest.

What does this mean for you:

If this hits home and you’re ready to finally be visible for what you actually do...
You’re exactly who I created my new offers for.

Let’s create content that sounds like you and sells like hot cakes.

Smart Content. Clear Message. Seen & Paid.
Content coaching & co-creation for women in business who are ready to stop overthinking and finally get seen doing what they do best.
